Berries for Tea.

Good Sunday afternoon Peeps,

Hope you are all having a restful weekend.   I just thought I'd pop in an extra post today.   I went craft shopping a couple of days ago and I found this gorgeous little robin stamp by Stampendous and I just could not resist buying it.  So here is the card I have made using it.

Make a base card from white card stock.   Take a slightly smaller piece of the red patterned paper by HOTP and glue a piece of the green paper on top of the red, leaving approx one third of the red paper visible.   Wrap a piece of ribbon across the centre of this paper and glue to the white base card.

Stamp the robin onto a piece of white card using a black ink pad, something like Stazon, which will not bleed when water is used to paint the image,   Colour using the distress ink pads and  the water brush.

Die-cut a scalloped circle from this card, with the robin in the centre and glue to the centre of the base card.   Add some detail sparkle to the bird's eye, the berries and the snow on the branch.

Brayer some Sparkle Medium over a piece of white card and leave to dry.   When dry, die-cut two snowflakes from this card and glue one to the top left and the other to the bottom right of the base card.

Lastly, add a gingham  ribbon bow.

Well that's it my friends, card all finished.   This really is a quick card to make.   Thanks for stopping by my blog once again, I really appreciate your visits and your lovely comments.

I think it is going to be very frosty tonight, so stay warm and cosy tonight.   See you all very soon.

                                                              Love and Rainbows,

                                                                Warm Winter hugs,

                                                                      Jennifer xx.
