Hello to you all,
I'm back with another chalkboard that I made for Sue and Harvey of Imagination Crafts latest show on Create and Craft T.V. I thought it would be fun to decorate this one as a wedding list for the Bride and Groom to list all their details, such as - wedding cars, ring, bouquet, photographer, dress, speeches etc., hope you like it.
Paint all parts with white Gesso. Colour around the edges of the board and the stand with worn lipstick and victorian velvet distress inks by T.H. Using the Rollagraph roller stamp, hearts and flowers, roll it around the edges of the board, using the worn lipstick distress ink. Stick the adhesive blackboard to the centre of the board.
Lay the champagne rose stencil on the right - hand side of the board, partly on the blackboard and spread the silver Sparkle Medium over the design, using the metal spatula. Remove the stencil and leave to dry.
Lay the His/Her stencil on the top of the blackboard, doing each one separately, waiting for one to dry before doing the other, so as not to smudge the first one. Spread the silver Sparkle Medium over them.
Then leave to dry. Next, do the same with the word LIST. Glue two silver nail heads at either side of the word LIST.
Lay the falling leaves panel stencil down the left - hand side of the board, masking off where the leaves would be on the blackboard. Spread silver Sparkle Medium over the design, remove stencil and leave to dry.
Die - cut two hearts using the Craftwell die, and paint with the paint from the pearly paint palette. Glue these to the top right, with silver ribbon behind them , using silicone glue.
Glue a silver bow to the top left of the board.
Punch our flowers from card coloured with the silver Alchemy Wax and die - cut five roses from card painted with the pearly paint palette. Using the Woodware punch, punch out leaves from card painted with the green from the pearly paint palette. Glue the fowers and leaves to the bottom left of the board.
Add silver Alchemy wax to the edges of the board. Roll the victorian hearts roller stamp across the base stand, using the worn lipstick distress ink. Colour the edges with distress ink then silver Alchemy wax.
Add some silver Sparkle Medium along the front and back edges of the base stand and glue 2 small pearls to the flower centres.
That's this chalkboard finished. Hope you enjoyed the Create & Craft T.V. show this morning, there were some fabulous new products and lots of demonstrations by Sue.
Have a fabulous weekend all and I'll see you all again very soon, when I will have one of my cards which was also made for the T.V. show. Catch you all then.
Love and rainbows,
Crafty hugs, Jennifer xx.
