Art Deco Perfume Bottles.

Hi there Followers, Friends and Visitors,

I do hope you have been enjoying this beautiful weather we have had today, long may it last lol!   it is so nice to see the blue skies and brilliant sunshine, everything looks a great deal better in the sun.   Tonight I would like to share one of my cards which was made for Sue and Harvey of Imagination Crafts.  in February this year.     I have used one of their new Art Stamps - Perfume Bottles.   I just  adore this beautiful stamp, so unusual and classically  elegant.

Fold the ready creased white scalloped  card down the centre crease line, making an 8"x8" base card on which to work.   Using a black ink pad and the leaf stamp from the 'Roses Stamp set, stamp the leaf around all four edges of the base card.

    
Matt a square of black card inside the stamped leaf edges.   Take a slightly smaller piece of white card and lay the 'Art Deco Circles' stencil onto it and colour with the red distress ink and a blending tool.   Remove the stencil.

     
Fix a piece of silver ribbon down the centre of this card and fix on the back using sticky tape.   Matt this onto the black matt.

Take another piece of black card and using the Versamark pad, stamp the perfume bottles onto it.   Heat emboss using a heat tool and silver embossing powder.

    
Trim around the image, leaving a tiny border of the black card showing.   Glue this to the centre of the base card.   Add a ribbon bow to the top of the image.

   

    
Paint some thin white card with the red Starlight paint and die-cut some roses.   Glue one small rose just above the bow, 2 small ones to the left-hand side perfume bottle and 3 large ones to the bottom  right corner of the card.
