It's me back again, with my mid month inspiration project for the Imagination Craft's Challenge Blog. Our theme this month is 'anything goes.' This morning I would like to share my project with you in the hope that it may inspire you to join in the challenge with us. If you have some Imagination Craft's products, why not give it a go! you could win a voucher worth £40 to spend on Imagination Craft's products, a prize worth winning! I would like to point out that only entries using Imagination Craft's products will go on to the prize draw (although non Imagination Craft's makes can still get top 3 spots.) There is also a lovely badge for your blog, ok on with my project.
Begin by making a base card from some maroon coloured card.
Stamp the small leaf from the stamp set, one in each corner, using a Versamark pad and heat emboss with copper embossing powder.
Take a piece of white card and stamp the main image four times, using a Versamark pad and heat emboss with copper embossing powder. Colour the images with distress inks.
Fix one whole image to the centre of the base card and cut out and 3D the other images onto the original image, using silicone glue to give a little dimension to the card.
Colour and cut out another little ladybird and glue to the original image. Die-cut and emboss two small leaves from white card, colour and gently rub the Versamark pad over the embossed veins on the leaves and heat emboss with copper embossing powder.
Add these leaves to the 3D image. Well that's it finished, quite an easy card to make, just takes a little bit of time and patience fussy cutting out the leaves but I think it is worth it, I hope you do too.
That's all from me for the moment, it would be great to see you all play along in our challenge. The rules are on the Imagination Craft's Challenge Blog site. Please do not forget to check out the other members of the DT 's inspiration pieces on the Challenge Blog.
