Ooh la la.....

Good evening all,

Hope you are all looking forward to the weekend.   I do hope you were able to tune in to the Hochanda T.V. Channel today,  to see Imagination Craft's newest design team member, Mandy.   Well done ! wasn't she brilliant!   this was her first  show on her own and she did so well and made some  beautiful samples.

I would like to share one of my cards, which was made  for the show.   This card was made using one of the beautiful rice papers,   decoupage glue,  Sparkle Medium,   Alchemy wax and black shiny card

Matt some black shiny card onto a 7"x7" white base card.   Cut out the image you want from the sheet of rice paper and glue it onto a spare piece of white card, using the decoupage glue.
Colour the edges of the rice paper with the bronze Alchemy Wax.

Glue a white feather to the black card, using Magi-bond glue, then glue the image to the black matt, covering the base of the feather.

Cover a piece of card with the antique pink Sparkle Medium, using a brayer or a metal spatula and leave it to dry.   Colour a small piece of card with the peridot Alchemy wax and leave to dry.

Die-cut three roses from the pink Sparkle Mediumed card  and three leaves from the card which has been coloured with the Peridot Alchemy Wax.

Glue the flowers and leaves  to the bottom of the feather.   Die-cut four corners from the remainder of the pink Sparkle Mediumed card, using the Tattered Lace corner die.   Glue one in each corner of the white base card.

Stamp 'Ooh la la'  onto a small piece of white card, using a black ink pad.   Trim the label and using the corner rounder punch, punch all four corners.   Colour the edges of the label with the bronze Alchemy Wax.

Punch a small hole in each side of the label and insert a copper brad in each., then glue the label to the bottom right of the main image, using silicone glue.

This is a very quick and easy card to make.    Thank you all so much for stopping by my blog, I do hope you have enjoyed your visit.    Have a restful, chilled out weekend and I will be back quite soon.

                                                               Love and rainbows,

                                                              Big Hugs   Jennifer xx,
