Hope you've all enjoyed your weekend and you have your cards posted and presents wrapped. Not long before Santa arrives lol! I'm not quite there yet but I'm getting there lol. The snow we had, which was not much to speak of, has all but gone, I'm pleased to say. We are putting our Christmas trees and decorations up tomorrow, with the help of our Grandson. He does like to help, that may have something to do with the chocolate decorations which go on the tree, they may not all make it to the trees lol!
I think it is time to share another of my cards, made for Sue & Harvey of Imagination Crafts. This as you will see, is not a Christmas card. I have made it using two Imagination stencils - Starburst and Shoe and of course, their fabulous Starlight paints.
Matt a square of black card onto the 7" x 7" white base card, leaving a border of the white showing. Take a smaller square of white card and lay the the 'Starburst' stencil onto it and blend the picked raspberry Distress Ink through the design, using a piece of cut 'n' dry foam.
Colour some white card with the cyclamen Starlight paint and punch fourteen small daisies from it. Glue all but one around the circle in the centre of the white matt, then glue this card to the black matt on the base card.
Punch out a large pink daisy using the Carl punch and glue it to the centre of the small daisy circle, adding a small white daisy to the centre, then s small black circle to the centre of the white daisy.
Using a black ink pad and the 'kick up your heels' stamp by Great Impresssions, stamp this in the top left corner.
Die cut an extra, extra large daisy from white card, using the Dovecraft daisy die. Punch out an extra large daisy from white card, using the Make Me punch and glue this to the extra extra large daisy. Glue the spare pink daisy onto the centre of the daisy, adding a small black circle to the centre, then glue this to the top right corner of the card.
Take some black card and lay the shoe stencil onto it and using the large stencil brush, stipple the cyclamen and rich gold Starlight paints through the design. Cut out the shoe.
Die cut the Memory Box scroll from black card and glue to the bottom right of the card.
Glue the cut out shoe to the bottom of the card, shaping the front of the shoe, adding some silicone glue behind the front of the shoe.
That's this card finished, hope you like it. Once again many thanks for taking the time to visit my blog. I'll be back again soon, happy crafting.
Love and rainbows,
Hugs Jennifer xx.
