Good evening Fellow bloggers, Friends and Visitors,
Hope you've all had a good weekend. The weather here has been quite good for a change. The last of the snow has only just melted! hope we don't see anymore of the white stuff this year lol!
Tonight I have another card to share with you which was shown on Imagination Craft's Create and Craft shows on 12th February this year and uses their Butterfly Garden stamp set, honeycombe stencil and stencil paints.
Make a base card from some coffee coloured card. Take a slightly smaller piece of light cream card and lay the honeycombe stencil on top and pounce a mixture of white and brown stencil paint through the design using the stencil brush.
When dry, tear into two seperate pieces and rub Versamark down each torn edge and heat emboss with gold embossing powder. Stamp the flourish corner stamp in the top left and bottom right of each piece of card, using the Versamark pad and heat emboss with gold embossing powder.
Glue these pieces of card to the base card, wrapping some gold ribbon across the centre, securing on the back of each piece of card. Add a ribbon bow to the right-hand edge.
Stamp out the text using a Versamark pad and heat emboss with gold embossing powder, onto cream card. Trim and matt onto a slightly larger piece of coffee coloured card. Glue this onto the base card.
Stamp out the butterflies onto cream and the coffee coloured card, using a Versmark pad and heat emboss with gold embossing powder.
Cut out and 3D the butterflies. Glue to the card front adding some silicone glue under the wings to give a bit of dimension to the card.
Add detail sparkle to the wings and bodies of the butterflies. Well the card is now finished, I do hope you like it. Take care of yourselves until my next blog. Thank yo so much for your comments and visits. Your support meand such a great deal to me. See you all again soon.
Love and rainbows,
Crafty Hugs Jennifer xx.

An awesome combination of colors and very regal looking. Love the way you've torn the stenciled piece and added the sparkling butterfly flight. The gold embossing at the top left edge was very subtle, but the glimmer draws the eye right around the card. Perfect stencil with the honeycomb design to show off these glorious butterflies! Truly beautiful card. TFS & Hugs.
