Friends Always.

Good evening Followers, Friends and Visitors,

Another wet and very windy day today up here in the hills, although not particularly cold for the time of year.   I've had quite a productive day producing samples for Imagination Craft's T.V.  show on the Hochanda craft channel, later this month.

I would like to welcome my newest follower - Cumbrianlass, I do hope you enjoy  your visits to my blog and many thanks for following me.   Tonight's card was made with a stamp set I saw in a craft shop a few weeks ago and I just couldn't resist buying it.   This stamp set is from Indigo  blu and is so pretty.

Make a base card from white card stock.   Put the front of the card into the textured embossing folder by Crafter's Companion and emboss.   Colour the raised parts of the embossing with the Tumbled glass, Evergreen bough, Seedless preserves and Scattered straw distress inks.

Take a piece of white card and colour with Brusho paints.   When dry, stamp the tulip in the centre of the card, using  black ink.   Cut this out using the  Sizzix Hexagonal die.   Stamp small pieces of the hessian stamp around the tulip, using the black ink pad.

Matt this onto a larger Hexagonal, cut from pink mirror card.   Glue this hexagon to the centre of the base card.

Colour a piece of cream satin ribbon with the Seedless preserves distress ink to match the background of the card and tie into a bow, then glue to the top left of the hexagonal.

Stamp 'Friends Always'onto a spare piece of the coloured white card, using a black ink pad.   Cut this out and fix it to the bottom right of the hexagonal, using sticky foam pads.

Well that's all for tonight my friends.   I will be back in a couple of days with another creation.   In the meantime, have  a happy couple of days.   Thanks again for visiting my blog, I really do appreciate the time you have taken to visit and comment.

                                                                Love and rainbows,

                                                              Crafty Hugs   Jennifer xx.
