Another wet and windy day here today and more of the same tomorrow by the sounds of the weather forecast lol! Hope you've had a bit better weather than we have had ! Managed some time in my craft room this afternoon before our Grandson arrived home from school. I made a few samples for Sue and Harvey of Imagination Crafts, for their next show on Hochanda tv show.
My card tonight was made in October 2014. I have used my favourite die from Imagination Crafts, my little pixie friends lol! - 'Stargazing' from Imagination's Celtic Die Collection.
Make a base card from teal card stock. Matt a slightly smaller piece of white card onto the base card. Next take a slightly smaller piece of turquoise card and lay the 'scattered flowers' stencil onto it. Spread the Jade Sparkle Medium over the design, using the metal spatula. Remove the stencil and leave the image to dry. Next add some satin ribbon down the left-hand side of the card, securing on the reverse. Matt this onto the base card.
Cover a piece of white card with the Jade Sparkle Medium, using a brayer or spreading with a spatula if you do not have a brayer and leave to dry.
When dry, cut out the pixies using the 'Stargazing' die. Die-cut two corners from white card, using the Die-Namites die and fix one in the top left and bottom right corners.
Cut out a white circle to fit the die-cut circle and glue the die-cut to the white circle, putting some silicone glue under the pixies to raise them up slightly. Glue this circle to the base card.
Die-cut the flowers and layer them, adding some Jade Sparkle Medium to the centre and glue the flower in the bottom right corner.
