Moon Fairy.

Hello Fellow Bloggers, Friends and Visitors,

Happy 1st. of February to you all !   Goodness me it doesn't seem long since Christmas lol.   Hope you all enjoyed a relaxing weekend.    It will not be long before Valentine's day, hope you've all  made your loved ones a special card!       The next special day will be Pancake Day, we all love pancakes here, so I guess I'll be slaving over the Aga making one pancake after another lol!    mmmm....   love butter, lemon and sugar inside mine!  I know it's naughty but hey, it is only once a year lol!

Enough chit chat, let's get on with tonight's card shall we.    My  card for this evening features  a beautiful fairy stencil, 'Fairy Moon,' from Imagination Crafts.   I have added a bowed acetate front to the card.   I must apologise for the reflection  of the camera flash on the acetate,   I always find it difficult photographing acetate lol!

Take a piece of A4 cream card and fold in half portrait style.   Onto this matt a slightly smaller piece of black card, leaving a small border of cream showing.

Take a slightly smaller piece of white card and colour it with the diluted Tuscan Satin and Firecracker Satin  Silkies, from the 'Indian Spice' Set.   Then spritz over the Silkies  with a mixture of water, yellow ochre Inkadink and Gold Mica Powder.

When dry, lay the 'village' stencil on the bottom of the card and spread the Black Stars Sparkle Medium
over the design, using the metal spatula.   Remove the stencil and leave the image to dry.

Wrap some ribbon down the left hand side of the card, securing on the back.

Take some acetate and lay the  Fairy Moon stencil onto it and spread the Black Stars Sparkle Medium over the design using the spatula.   Remove stencil and leave the image to dry.

Fix the acetate onto the back edges of the coloured card with double sided sticky tape.   Next fix this to the black card.   Add a ribbon bow to the top left of the acetate.   Glue this to the cream base card.   Below is a side view of the acetate bow front.

That's all from me for now, see you all again in a few days.   Many thanks for stopping by my blog, hope you've enjoyed your visit.   Please feel free to leave me a comment, I love to hear your thoughts on by creations.   Bye for now.

                                                                Love and rainbows,

                                                              Big Hugs   Jennifer xx.
