Hi there Lovelies,
The card I would like to share with you tonight, was made for Sue & Harvey of Imagination Crafts. It was shown on their programme on the Hochanda TV Channel last December and uses their 'Create a Scene' stencil, along with their Pimpernel flower stamp set.
Work on an 8"x8" white scalloped card. Take a piece of white linen card and lay the solid sun stencil onto the top right and whilst in position, colour the sky with the Wild honey, Victorian velvet and the Broken china distress inks.
Remove the sun stencil and add a touch of colour to the white circle.
Lay the 'Create a scene' stencil onto the coloured card and spread the black stars Sparkle Medium over the design, using the metal spatula, masking off the open sun. Remove the stencil and leave the image to dry.
Colour the hill with the bundled sage distress ink, using a blending tool. Stamp 2 large, 1 medium and 5 small flowers from the Pimpernel stamp set, using a black ink pad. Cut the flowers out and glue to the bottom right and left corners.
Stamp the sentiment across the base of the sun, using a black ink pad.
Matt this card onto a piece of green card and then onto a piece of orange card, leaving a border showing each time. Then matt onto the base card.
That's it finished my friends, hope you like it. Enjoy the sunshine and I'll be back again soon.
Love and rainbows,
Happy crafting, Hugs Jennifer xx.
