Snowdrop Time.

Hi there Peeps,

Hope you've all enjoyed your weekend.   I have spent some time tidying my craft room today.   I have decided to do a little at a time lol!   The office end is all neat and tidy but I'm still working on the other end!   I will get there eventually lol!   slowly, slowly, catch e monkey !!!    Thought I'd share a card with you tonight which I made for Sue & Harvey of Imagination Craft's, way back in  October 2009.   As our snowdrops are flowering, I thought this card was appropriate for this time of year.   I used an Imagination stamp for this, I do hope you like it   I have 3D the matts on this to raise them up from the main image.

Fold some light green card in half making a five and a half  inch by five and a half inch square card.   Using a piece of cut n' dry foam, colour the edges of the card with the olive green Stazon ink pad.   Matt a piece of white card onto the base card, making it smaller than the green card, using sticky foam pads to raise it up a little.   Take another piece of white card and stamp the snowdrops with the green Stazon pad and trim it down to approximately one quarter of an inch smaller than the first piece of white card.

Next take a piece of pink card, the metal embossing stencil - morn sun L49504 along with a dry embossing tool and a light box.   Lay the stencil and the card onto the light box and emboss a pattern on each corner   Using the x Cut corners & borders stencil, prick out a pattern for each corner, using a pricking tool.    Lightly rub over the embossed image with the green ink pad and a piece of foam.   Cut out the centre of the embossed image and fix this over the top of the snowdrops, using sticky foam pads and then fix to the

white card.   Add  some silver peel offs around the edges of the card, adding a few single peel offs to the

centres of each embossed flower.   Fix a piece of silver ribbon across the bottom right-hand corner and a bow to the top right corner.

Well that's all tonight, hope you like this little 'blast from the past' lol!    See you all soon.   Have a good week, the weather forecast is quite good .   Take care until next time.

                                                                 Love and rainbows,

                                                                  Hugs   Jennifer xx.
