Fi Fi Art Deco Tag.

Hi there Followers, Friends and Visitors,

Well here we are again, yet another weekend lol!  hope you've all had a good week and are looking forward to the weekend.   We have had sun, wind and heavy showers on and off all day today.

I think it is time to share another of my tags, made for Sue & Harvey of Imagination Crafts.   I have used one of their beautiful Art Deco stencils for this tag, one of my favourite subjects to work with.

Cut out a large tag shape from white card and cover with the lavender paper.   Matt a slightly smaller  tag, made from white card onto the lavender paper.

Using the patterned paper, cut out yet another tag, again slightly smaller than the white tag and glue it to the white tag.   Cut out or punch a hole in the centre top of the tag and thread some blue satin ribbon through the it.

Mask off the dog and the lead  with masking tape, as we only need Fi Fi for the tag.   Take a piece of white card and lay the stencil onto it and spread the Diamond Blue Sparkle Medium over the design, using the metal spatula.   Remove the stencil and leave the image to dry.

When dry, cut out the image and put to one side for the moment.   Take some lavender paper and lay the circles stencil onto it and dab some Versamark through the design.   Remove the stencil and heat emboss the circles using clear embossing powder.   This has the effect of making the lavender circles appear much darker.   Cut out a rectangle  from this paper and matt onto a slightly larger piece of white card.   Matt this onto the tag, at a 'jaunty' angle, using Magi-bond glue.

Add Fi Fi to the left-hand side using silicone glue to raise her up a little.   Die-cut the flower from white card and colour slightly with the Stormy Sky Distress ink,  adding a little of the blue Sparkle Medium to the petals.   Make a small rose from some white paper coloured with the Stormy sky D.I.   Glue the rose to the flower centre, then glue the flower to the top of the rectangle.

Stamp the    'Good Friends' sentiment onto some white card, using a black ink pad.   Matt this onto some of the patterned paper, then onto lavender paper and finally, onto some white card.   Glue a blue gemstone in each corner, then glue to the main tag, on an angle, using silicone glue.

Well that's this tag finished.   I will be back soon, take care of yourselves and have a great weekend.

                                                                    Love and rainbows,

                                                                    Hugs   Jennifer xx.
