Starlight Lily.

Hello Friends, Followers and Visitors,

Well it has been a beautiful day here today, sunshine and a comfortable 18 c  just perfect for us.   Hope the weather has been as good for you.

Tonight I would like to share another card made for my friend Jane's Macmillan Nurses coffee morning next month.   For this card I have used Imagination Craft's gorgeous lily Art stamp,  a stencil and some lush Starlight paints.

  
Lay the leafy swirls stencil onto the white scalloped 6" x 6" base card.   Stipple the jade Starlight paint through the design using a stencil brush.   Add touches of the rich gold in the odd places.

Remove the stencil and when dry, draw a fine black line around the edges of the base card, adding a wavy line over the top of the straight line.

   
Take a piece of white card and colout it with the red, rich gold and jade Starlight paints.   Stamp the lily Art stamp onto the coloured card, using a Versamark pad and heat emboss with black embossing powder.   Trim this to size and matt it onto a slightly larger piece of turquoise blue card and then onto a larger piece of black card.   Glue this to the centre of the base card.   Below is a photo of the design when the light  catches the Starlight paints.

     
Add a pink ribbon bow to the left-hand side of the card.

   
Lastly, glue three pink gems to the right- hand side of the image.   That's it finished.
