Hi there everyone,
Hope your weekend is all that you wished it would be. Thank you once again for visiting my blog. I do hope you enjoy your visit.
My card tonight is made using Imagination Craft's Sunburst Flower stamp set. For the background I have used their very pretty Flower Frame Border stencil, along with mica powders.
First of all, make a base card from pink card stock and matt a smaller piece of white card onto the pink. Take a smaller piece of blue card and lay the stencil onto it. Dab Versamark through the design, using a piece of cut n' dry foam.
Brush the mica powders over the Versamark, then brush away the excess powder. Spray this with a fine mist of cheap hairspray, to set the powders.
Die-cut two leaf stems from white card, using the Tattered Lace die. Glue these around the mica powdered circle which is in the centre of the frame border.
Die - cut one large open flower from pink card, using the Memory Box die and glue it to the bottom of the circle..
Using pink card, stamp the large sunburst flower twice and the small flower twice, using the Versamark pad and heat emboss with gold embossing powder. Cut them out and fix a small flower to the large flower using silicone glue.
Glue one of the 3D flowers to the large open flower and the other to the top of the mica powder circle.
The card is now finished, a reasonably quick card to make. Hope you like it. I'll see you all again in a couple of days. Have a relaxing, peaceful Sunday, see you soon.
Love and rainbows,
Hugs Jennifer xx.
