Hi there Peeps,
Hope everyone is well and happy, at least the weather has cheered up here, the sun keeps popping out today, still a little breezy but not going to complain about that lol!! definitely a touch of Autumn in the air. That will be the next job in the garden - raking up all the leaves, as we are surrounded by trees here.
Well enough chit chat, let's get down to the business of card making. The card I have for you today was made for Sue and Harvey of Imagination Crafts in October 2013. This cute stamp set was shown on Sue's latest Create & Craft TV show a couple of days ago. I just love this, it reminds me of my little Grandson. This little boy just couldn't reach the post box to post his letter to Santa, so he stood on his sledge ! so cute. OK let's get started.
Make a base card from white card stock. Onto this I matted a piece of gold card down the left side and some red paper which I stamped with the snow dots stamp from the set, using a Versmark pad and then I heat embossed with white embossing powder.
I then stamped the main image onto some white card seven times using a black ink pad. Next I coloured the images with Promarker pens, cut them out and 3D them onto the original image. I ran a gold pen around the outside edges of the frame.
I added the snowflakes die-cuts (Memory Box) to the gold card, then glued the 3D image to the centre of the card.
I then die - cut a circle (Marianne die) from white card, then cut it in half. I stamped the sentiments, one on each semi-circle, using the black ink pad, and then I overstamped the words with a Versamark pad and heat embossed using gold embossing powder.
Well that's it finished my Friends, hope you like it. Take good care of yourselves until my next blog in a few days time. I have plenty to keep me going until then, more samples to make and a tutorial for the Imagination Craft's Blog at the end of this month. So cheerio for now.
Love and Rainbows,
Hugs Jennifer xx

This is a sweet image Jennifer and I love the way you have framed it and decoupaged it too. The background is very pretty and I love the MB snowflakes, and what a lovely idea to stamp the sentiment on a half circle and mount top and bottom. x
