A Stroll Down a Country Lane,

Well good evening followers, friends and visitors,

Hope you are all having a lovely holiday weekend whatever you are doing, wherever you are.    The weather could have been better but we mustn't grumble lol.    Tonight I have a card to share with you that I made in February 2012  for Sue and Harvey of Imagination Craft's and I used their Black Stars Sparkle Medium, spatula and Country Lane Stencil.

To begin with make a base card from Black card stock.   Take a piece of white card and trim it until it is slightly smaller than the black card, using a Woodware Trimmer along with the Victorian blade.   Fix this to the black card with double sided sticky tape.

Take some white card and lay the stencil on top and spread the black stars sparkle medium across the stencil. with a spatula.

Return the excess sparkle medium to the pot to be used again.   This is a very economical product, not much is actually used to get a good covering.    Wash the stencil and the spatula before the medium dries on.

Repeat this process a further six times and leave all the images to dry naturally, about an hour.   Using one of the images as a base, cut out and 3D the others onto the base  until you have  seven layers on the hedges along the lane.   Matt this onto some black card.   Cut across each corner of the black card.   Matt this onto the white card,  adding a piece of red ribbon across the top left corner.

Lastly, add a red ribbon bow to the top left corner and glue a tiny red rhinestone in each corner of the white card,     Well there you have it, one finished card, an easy card to make, you just have to have a little patience when 3D ing all the layers together, I used silicone glue rather than sticky foam pads.   Hope you like it.   Enjoy what is left of the holiday weekend.   That's all for now, see you in a few days time, when I will have another project for you.

                                                                Love and Rainbows,

                                                                Big Hugs   Jennifer xx.
