Hello Fellow Bloggers, Friends and Visitors,
Hope this post finds you all well. Tonight's 'sneaky peek' is a card made using an Art Cutz butterfly and the gorgeous new Starlight paints from Imagination Crafts. Their next show is on Friday 24th July at 11am..Hope you will be watching.
Fold the white card down the crease line, making a 7"x7" base card. Matt a smaller piece of orange card onto the white, leaving a half inch border of the white showing.
Cut a smaller piece of blue card and using the black ink pad, stamp the script stamp over the blue card.
Lay the daisy swirl stencil onto the blue stamped card and spread the Sparkle Medium over the design, using the metal spatula. Remove the stencil and leave the image to dry. Matt this onto the base card.
Die-cut the delicate square from white card using the Spellbinder's die and matt onto a slightly larger piece of orange card. Glue this to the centre of the base card.
Take the Art Cutz butterfly and colour with the Starlight paints. Glue this to the centre of the base card.
Add a white satin ribbon bow to the body of the butterfly. Die-cut four corners using the Tattered Lace corner die and orange card, then glue onto the centre top and bottom. left and right of the white square.
Colour some blue card, by using a piece of sequin waste, orange oxide Starlight paint and a piece of cut n' dry foam or a stencil brush. Dab the paint through the holes in the sequin waste.
Using the rose die, die-cut four roses from the blue coloured card. Make these into roses by rolling them up using a quilling tool, or by just winding it around using your fingers and glue to stop the roses unfolding. Glue one in each corner.
Finish off the card by making a smaller rose from the blue coloured card and glueing it to the white bow on the body of the butterfly.
Well that's all from me tonight Lovelies, see you again tomorrow night with another creation. Have a good Sunday, see you all soon.
