Flowers and Starlight Paints.

Hi again Lovelies,

Hope you've all had a lovely weekend.   It's well seeing it is the school Summer holidays lol! it's raining! Looks like indoor games are on the agenda until the sun comes out again!

I have another card for you tonight which was again made for Imagination Craft's  latest Create & Craft show last Friday.       Some of you may have seen  this card, as it was shown on the programme.   I have used Imagination Craft's gorgeous new Art Cutz toppers and their very luscious new Starlight Paints.  These paints give such an amazing effect as they have a certain amount of gold flakes in them.

   
Fold the ready creased white card down the centre crease line, making a 7"x7" base card.   Matt a smaller piece of blue paper onto the white base card.   Next matt a slightly smaller piece of white card onto the blue, leaving wider borders on the left and right.

     
Cut a piece of  dark green card slightly smaller than the white and punch all four corners using the flower corner punch.   Matt this onto the white card.  

Take the Art Cutz flowers and paint with the Starlight Paints and leave to dry, which will take all of a couple of minutes lol!  very quick drying.  

   

    
Cut a strip of white card and matt across the centre of the green card.   Matt a piece of blue paper onto the white card, leaving a narrow border at the top and bottom.

   
Arrange the flowers in a circle and glue in position using Imagination Craft's Magi-bond glue.

   
This is such an easy card to make, no cutting out the flowers as they are  cut out and ready to use and the Starlight Paints are a dream to use.   Hope you like my card.   If you haven't tried card making before, I urge you to give it a go lol!   This is a very satisfying hobby,  friends and relatives love to receive handmade cards, made with love,  especially for them.
