Lavender Roses.

Hello  Lovelies,

Have you all had a good day ?   I do hope so.   Today began very dull and cloudy and by this afternoon it had completely changed to blue skies, fluffy white clouds and sunshine !  and it  turned out to be a beautiful evening.   My hubby was weeding our driveway and he was followed all the way up our driveway by a beautiful little baby thrush.  He called me out to see it.   It was extremely trusting and I got right up close to it, so....sweet, still had a few fluffy feathers.     I went in the house to get my camera and when I came out,  there were two little babies lol!   Here are the photos I took.    I was literally this close to the birds.

and here is one of our wild rabbits on our lawn.

Couldn't get quite so close to the rabbit lol!   Just happy it is eating the grass and not my plants  ha  ha!

Ok onto tonight's card, which was made for Sue and Harvey of Imagination Craft's in March this year.

Make a base card from green card.   Matt a piece of lavender card onto the green, leaving a small border of green showing.

Take a piece of white card and colour with the Brusho paints and leave to dry.   Cut this card to fit the lavender card but leaving a small border of the lavender showing.   Punch the top left and bottom right corners using the Martha Stewart corner punch.

Lay the rose stencil onto the coloured card and spread the lavender Sparkle Medium through the design on the stencil, using the metal spatula.   Remove the stencil and leave the image to dry.

Die-cut two white leaf stems using the Tattered Lace die and glue one to the top right and the other to the bottom left.

Die-cut a butterfly from silver mirror card, using the Memory Box die and glue to the top left.   Well that's this card finished.   Hope you like it.   I'll be back again soon.   Have a good Wednesday all, the weather looks as though it will be good tomorrow, make the most of it lol as rain is due back again at the end of the week!

                                                                  Love and rainbows,

                                                               Big Hugs   Jennifer xx.
