'Butterflies and Flowers.'

 Hi there Lovelies,

Hoping you are all well and have had a lovely weekend.    Fingers crossed for some sunshine this coming week  lol.   Today I have another card to share with you,   made using the same free A4 stamp set, which was given free with the 'Creative Stamping' Magazine issue 109.    There are so many ways of using these stamps, I just can't stop making cards with them lol!   Hoping you like this one.

Thank you for stopping by my blog  and leaving some lovely comments, I do appreciate the time you have taken to read and comment on my blog.

Make a white base card approximately five and three quarter inches square.   Next, cut a 5" square from some  white card.

Add some drops of the yellow, light blue and light purple spray inks onto a glass worktop.   Spritz these with some water.   Let the inks blend into each other, then lay the square of card on top of the inks.   Lift up and let it dry naturally or use a heat gun if you are impatient like me lol!

When this is dry, stamp the 'fan' like triangle stamp from the set, in each corner of the square of card, using a black ink pad.

Take one of the  'flower squares' stamps from the set and stamp it in the centre of the square, again using a black ink pad.   Colour the flowers and leaves of the square with Promarker alcohol pens.

Stamp the 'Happy Birthday' near to the top, centrally using black ink.   Fix this card to the white base card.   The  'Happy Birthday' stamp I already had in my craft stash and was not part of the free gift.

Stamp the same 'flower square' a further 5 times onto some spare white card using black ink.   (I only had room for 3 squares on this piece of card, so I used more scraps of card for the other 2 lol!  waste not, want not lol)

Colour the flowers with the alcohol pens,  5 large flowers and 4 small flowers, coloured with the amethyst pen and 9 small flowers coloured with the honeycomb pen.   Next cut them all out.

Glue the flowers in position as in the first photo, from corner to corner using tacky glue.   Add some gold coloured  pearls liquid jewellery,  to the centre of each flower.

Die-cut 3 butterflies from white card using the butterfly die (which was also given free but this time, with the Cardmaking & Papercraft Magazine about 5 years ago I think, not sure of that ) but any butterfly die of a similar size you may have in your craft stash will do.   Glue them to the card front in between the flowers and the card is finished.

Below are a few more close up photos of the card.

That's all from me for the moment, I will be back again with another card made using the same free stamp set, so see you soon.   Have a good week all.   Thanks again for visiting my blog, much appreciated as always.

                                                                Love and rainbows,

                                                                Hugs  Jennifer xx.
