'Hovering Hummingbird.'

Hi there Lovelies,  hoping this post finds you all well.    Apologies for not posting my blog for some time, not sure where the time has gone lol!   anyway I'm back again today to share a card with you which I have made using a free stamp set, which was given with the Papercraft Inspirations magazine I think....... in 2017 and were by Jennifer Ellory.   Have had this stamp set in my stash for some time and never got around to using it until now, such  pretty images, hope you like my card.

Begin by stamping the flower images around all four outer edges of a white 7"x7" base card, using a black ink pad.

Using a paintbrush, water and the distress inks, paint the flowers around the edges of the base card

.

Die cut a 4" circle from white card and using a black ink pad, stamp the sentiment, main flowers and the hummingbird onto it.   Cut out a slightly larger circle from some black card and glue the white circle to the black.

Paint the flowers and the hummingbird with the distress inks and water.

Stamp the main group of flowers once more and the bird twice more, onto some spare white card, using the black ink pad.   Paint these with the distress inks and water as previously, using a  yellow distress ink for the bird's breast and a blue for the wings.    Cut them out.

3D these cut out pieces onto the main stamped images on the white circle, using silicone glue or sticky foam pads.

Glue the circle to the centre of the white base card.

Glue a small piece of gold mesh to the bottom left of the base card and glue 3 small blue pearl gems to the card front and a slightly larger gem to the top right of the mesh.

Using one of the smaller  flower stamp images from the set, stamp it  twice using the black ink pad, onto some spare white card.   Colour it as the previous flowers and cut them out.   3D them and glue it onto the piece of gold mesh.

That's the card finished, below are a few more close up photos.

Well that's all from me for the moment, I will try not to be so long before I'm back again.   In the meantime, take good care of yourselves.   Thank you for stopping by my blog, I do hope you enjoyed your visit.

                                                                  Love and rainbows,

                                                                  Hugs Jennifer xx.
