Colourful Clematis

Good Sunday evening my Lovelies,
Hope this finds you all well, if not here's a few hugs for those who may need one for whatever reason.  I am half watching the football final whilst writing this post.   I'm not a footy fan but I do like to watch the World Cup.    At the moment I'm not sure who will win, I think it is anyone's game so far lol!

Well onto tonight's card.   I made this card in February 2014 for Sue and Harvey of Imagination Crafts for one of their Create & Craft shows.   I used  their gorgeous clematis decoupage stamp set and their beautiful vintage pearly palette paints.   OK no more chit - chat, let's make a start shall we ?

Make a base card from white card stock.   Matt a slightly smaller piece of black card onto the base card.

Stamp the main  image using a black ink pad,  onto some white card and colour with distress inks.   Matt this onto some white card, leaving a tiny border of white showing and glue to the centre of the base card.

Stamp the image onto white card using a Versamark pad and heat emboss with black embossing powder, five more times.   Colour with the pearly palette paints.   Cut out and 3D onto the original stamped image, using silicone glue.   Add some black crushed glass to the flower centres.

Colour and cut out the tiny leaves only  from the leftover of one of the stamped images and glue to the original image in the centre of the base card.

Stamp out sixteen butterflies using a black ink pad,   Colour, then cut them out and glue around the main image on the card.

Well that's it for tonight folks, hope you like this one.   The football match is still on going, haven't a clue which team will win the match.   Please take good care of yourselves until my next post.

                                                              Love and rainbows,

                                                               Hugs   Jennifer xx.
