Floral Gingham

Good evening Fellow Bloggers, Followers and Visitors,

Hope you have all had a good week.   At last the weekend is here, a time to relax and chill out I hope.
Tonight I have a card for you which I made for Sue and Harvey of Imagination Crafts  for a QVC show in
September 2013.  It was made using their very pretty 'sunburst'  embossing stamp set  and their glamour dust.   Hope you like it.

Make a base card from maroon coloured card stock.   Trim a smaller piece of white card with the Woodware trimmer and the scalloped blade.   Matt this onto the maroon base card.   Matt a piece of turquoise paper onto the white scalloped square.

Take a further piece of white card and trim the edges with the scalloped blade.   Colour this with distress inks.   Next stamp the smallest flower from the set onto the background using a Versamark pad and heat emboss with white embossing powder.

Randomly stamp more flowers on the background usin distress inks.   Tie a piece of ribbpn across the centre of the card and secure on the reverse with double sided sticky tape.

Run the Versamark pad around the edges and heat emboss with gold embossing powder.   Matt this onto the turquoise paper.   ( add a little glamour dust whilst the embossing powder is still hot).   Using the scalloped die, cut out a circle from turquoise paper and fix to the centre of the base card.   Die-cut the Nellie's multi frame from white card.   Fold the diamonds back and glue onto the turquoise circle.

Stamp one large, one medium and one small flower onto some white card using the Versamark pad and heat emboss with gold embossing powder.   Colour with the distress inks, then 3D the flowers together and glue to the centre of the multi frame die-cut.

Add a ribbon bow to the left hand edge of the card.   That's it finished, quite a quick card to make.   Thank you for stopping by my blog, hope you have enjoyed your visit.    Please  leave me a comment. I really enjoy hearing your thoughts on my creations and I will in turn, visit your blog too, even better, I would love it if you were to join my blog as a follower, a girl can't have enough crafty friends lol!

Enjoy your weekend my friends and I will see you again soon.

                                                                    Love and rainbows,

                                                                       Hugs   Jennifer xx.
