Love, Joy & Peace at Christmas.

Hello there Folks,

Hope you are all well, if not here's a hug to make you feel better.   The card I would like to share with you tonight was made for Imagination Craft's  shows on the Hochanda T.V. Channel on 5th. July 2016.   For this card I have used the very pretty Christmas Holly panel stencil and of course, Sparkle Medium!!!

Take the ready creased white card and fold down the centre line, making a 7"x7" card.   Cut a square of white card, approximately quarter of an inch smaller than the base card.   Cut a piece of the Christmas rice paper the same size as the piece of white card and colour the paper with the light purple and green  Mixed Media Inks.   When dry, glue this to the piece of white card, using Imagination Craft's decoupage glue.

Lay the Christmas Holly panel stencil onto it and spread the silver Sparkle Medium over the design, using the metal spatula.   Remove the stencil and leave the image to dry.   Fix a lavender satin ribbon down the left hand side of this card and secure on the back of the card.   Glue this to the base card.

Using the' Love' Joy'  &' Peace' stamps from the Dove decoupage stamp set, onto some white card using a Versamark pad and heat emboss with detail silver embossing powder.   Cut these words out and fix to the card front, using sticky foam pads.

Glue a lavender satin ribbon bow on top of the ribbon, down the left-hand side, using Magi-bond glue.

That's this card finished, I do hope you like it.    I did notice when I spread the silver Sparkle Medium over the stencil, the Sparkle Medium soaked up some of the colour from the inks I sprayed  on the rice paper.  This changed the silver a little, which I actually think looks quite good, what do you think!    Well that's all from me tonight, I will be back again soon, in the meanwhile, enjoy your week.

                                                                  Love and rainbows,

                                                                Crafty Hugs  Jennifer xx.
