Ice Skaters a Sneaky Peek.

Hello Everyone,

Good evening,  hope you've had a good day whatever you have been doing.   I spent some time this afternoon in my craft room, tidying my work space, before my next challenge arrives in the post!   I spent a lot of time die-cutting flowers and butterflies from left-over painted, Sparkle Mediumed papers after die-cutting apertures, not to mention things which didn't work out etc.,   I did not want to throw these papers in the waste bin, as I don't like waste but they had built up over many weeks and actually,  they make lovely flowers! so I now have a large stash of die-cut flowers and butterflies   in many colours. lol !!

I'd just like to thank you all for taking the time to visit my blog and thank you so much to those of you who have left me a comment.   I really appreciate your interest.    Well, onto tonight's sneaky peek.   This card was made using Imagination Craft's beautiful , new Art Stamps - Ice Skaters and Snowflakes.   I love these stamps, as they are  so detailed and are very  traditional.

Using a  7"x7" white base card, matt a smaller square of black satin card onto it, leaving a half inch border of the white base card showing.   Matt a smaller square  of white card onto the black, this time, leaving a smaller border of black showing.

Take a smaller piece still of white card and colour with the Mixed Media Spray Inks.   When dry, stamp the skaters onto the centre of the coloured card, using a black Versafine ink pad.

Stamp part of the snowflake around the edges of card with the black ink pad.   Next, overstamp the snowflakes with a Versamark pad and heat emboss with Imagination's Detail Silver embossing powder.

Add some Magi-bond glue to the house roof, tree branches and the holly in the sledge and sprinkle with Imagination's Glamour Dust.   Fix the skater's image to the centre of the base card.

Glue a lavender satin ribbon bow to the top right,    That's it finished, hope you like it.   Please don't forget to tune in, or set your recorders for the Imagination Craft's shows on the Hochanda T.V. Channel.   The dates and times are as follows - Tuesday 5th. July 2016  at 8pm   and Wednesday 6th. July  2016 at 9am.  12 noon.  4pm. and at 7pm.   I think there will be a few sell outs lol!!     I will be back again tomorrow with another decorated drawstring bag, so I'll catch you then.

                                                                     Love and rainbows,

                                                                       Hugs   Jennifer xx.
