A Touch of Gold card.

Good evening Followers, Friends and Visitors,

Hope you are all managing to keep warm during this really cold spell.   We have had to put our log burner and heating on again, such a cold wind, snow sleet and hailstones!   Hopefully this will all change when the jet stream changes direction lol!    Tonight I have a card for you.    I decided to have a play with the MDF paints and the Sand Starlight paint and crackle medium, along with the very beautiful Moon and Stars Art stamp from Imagination Crafts.   Hope you like it.

Unfortunately the colours do not show up so well on this photograph, the gold  shines through the MDF paints where the crackle medium has worked its magic lol and through the black embossing.

Matt a piece of black card onto the 7"x7" white base card, leaving a half inch border showing.   Take a smaller piece of white card and paint it with the 'sand' Starlight paint.

Cover this with some 'crackle medium,' then paint with  Baltic blue, Clover & Soft moss MDF paints, painting across the card, blue at the top, then clover and lastly the soft moss at the bottom.   Leave this to dry.

When dry, stamp the moon and stars onto it using the Versmark pad and heat emboss with black embossing powder.    The sand Starlight paint shows through the crackled  MDF paint and black embossing.

Fix this onto the black matt.    Glue three black gems to the top right corner,

and three to the bottom left.

That's all from me for now.   Thank you for visiting my blog and thank you, to those of you who have commented, I really appreciate each and every visit and comment.   Stay snug and warm until the weather changes, hopefully for the better.    See you all again soon.

                                                           Love and rainbows,

                                                            Hugs   Jennifer xx.
