Hope you had a good weekend, the weather here today has been lovely, blue skies and sunshine, Spring seems to have arrived at last lol !
Tonight I have another tag to share with you, which was made for Sue & Harvey of Imagination Crafts. As you may remember, Sue gave me a challenge and that was to make a tag, using all of the stencils they have produced ! no pressure then lol! The stencil I have used for this tag is another of my all time favourites. This fairy is just so elegant I think, hope you like her.
Cut out a large tag shape from firm white card. Cut out a slightly smaller tag from white card, this is the piece we will be working on.
Colour the smaller tag with the Sax blue, Mediterranean sky and the dried rose Starlight paints. Mask off the fairy's wings on the stencil with masking tape. Lay the fairy stencil onto the smaller tag and spread the Black stars Sparkle Medium over the design, using the metal spatula. Remove the stencil and when the image is dry, replace the stencil in the correct position, then spread the diamond Sparkle Medium over her wings.
Add some touches of the gold shine Sparkle Medium to the fairy, flowers and wings.
Die-cut three small and one medium sized flowers using the Memory Box dies. Colour these with the Sax blue and white gold Starlight paints.
Using a black inkpad, stamp the sentiment in the bottom left corner, using the Lavina stamp, then the leaves in the top right corner, adding a touch of the white gold paint.
Glue the flowers to the tag, adding some gold shine Sparkle Medium to the centres.
Glue the smaller tag to the larger white one. Thread some ribbon through the hole in the top of the tag. Make a stand from the same firm card, so the tag can be stood up if wished.
Well that's all for now my friends, I will be posting my next samples off to Sue & Harvey tomorrow, ready for their next shows on the Hochanda T.V. Channel, which will be very soon. I will be back soon with some 'sneaky peeks' and I will let you know the date and times of the shows. Until then, many thanks for stopping by my blog, hope you have enjoyed your visit.
Love and rainbows,
Hugs Jennifer xx.
