Hollyhocks in the Sunset. Sneaky peek.

Hi there Followers, Friends and Visitors,

I hope you are all well and having a good week, despite the dismal weather.   I spent some time in my craft room this morning, finishing off my samples for  Imagination Craft's Hochanda T.V. show at the weekend.   They are all safely boxed up and on their way to Sue ready for the show.    It is always a relief when I know they are in the post.    Tonight's card is one of those samples.   For this card I have used  their  'Hollyhocks' stencil,  a real old fashioned cottage garden flower and of course Sparkle Medium.   I think I use this colour more than any other, great for silhouette cards....... Black Stars..

Fold the ready creased cream card down the centre line, making a 7"x7" base card.  Matt a piece of shiny black card onto this, leaving a border of approximately half an inch of cream card showing,

Take a smaller piece of white card, slightly smaller than black and paint it using the Starlight paints.   When dry, lay the 'Hollyhocks' stencil onto it and, using a metal spatula, spread the 'Black Stars' Sparkle Medium' over it.   Remove the stencil and leave the image to dry.

Punch out lots of small flowers, using the left-over painted card after trimming it to fit the black shiny card.   Cover the black Hollyhocks with the flowers, gluing them  in position.

Glue three flowers to each corner of the cream base card.

Well that's this card finished, quite a quick card to make.   Enjoy the rest of the week and I will be back again soon with another 'sneaky peek.'

Many thanks for visiting my blog, appreciate each and every one of you.   Take care.

                                                                   Love and rainbows,

                                                                     Hugs    Jennifer xx.
