Believe in the Beauty.

Hi there Followers, Friends and Visitors,

I would like to begin by thanking you for visiting my last post and leaving me some lovely comments.   I really appreciate the time you have taken to visit and comment.   The weather here has not been too bad, it has been dull with showers on and off, where has the sunshine gone I wonder!

Tonight I would like to share a card I made recently for a very good friend.  I have used an Indigo Blu sentiment stamp which I just love.   The gorgeous wee mice stamp is a one I have had in my stash for many years and is a Clarity Stamp.   The dandelion was done using an embossing folder which was given free with a craft magazine (sorry can't remember which one).   Hope you like it.   Let's get started shall we.

Cut out a piece of white card five and a half inches square.   Colour this with the light green, light purple and sunshine Mixed Media Spray Inks by Imagination Crafts.

When dry put the card into the dandelion embossing folder and emboss.   Gently rub the Versamark pad over the raised surface of the dandelion, then heat emboss with the Stampendous aged marine embossing enamel.

Lay the chevron part of the Imagination Craft's  Mixed Media Art Stencil no.MU-17 onto the left-hand side of the coloured card and using some cut 'n' dry foam, dab the Versamark through the design.   Remove the stencil and heat emboss with the Stampendous aged marine embossing enamel.

Lay the Art stencil back onto the card and line up the broken lines on the stencil, along the bottom edge of the card.

Dab the mowed lawn Distress Ink through the broken lines.   Stamp the sentiment onto the card and the mice, using a black ink pad.   Stamp the snail on the bottom of the card.

Add some highlights to the sentiment, snail and the mice, using a white gel pen.

Punch out nine  daisies from white card, using the Woodware daisy stamp.   Glue eight to the card, adding some gold Stickles Glitter Glue to the flower centres.   Half the last daisy and glue one half to the bottom left and  the other to the bottom right edges of the card.

Add tiny touches of the gold Stickles to the dandelion and the seeds.

Add some white dots to the background using the white gel pen, then glue this card to a six inch square, scalloped white base card.   That's it finished my friends.   Enjoy the rest of your week and I'll be back again soon.

                                                               Love and rainbows,

                                                                Hugs   Jennifer xx.
