'Under The Mistletoe.'

 Hello Lovelies,

Thought I would just share another Christmas card with you all.   Hoping your weekend has been a good one, despite the dreary weather but hey, we are into December, so mustn't grumble, we could be knee deep in snow lol!!

Thank you for your visits and comments as always, so very much appreciated.   My card today is slightly different from my previous ones, this time two cute little hedgehogs.   The sentiment and hedgehog stamps by Margaret Sherry,   they, along with the snow globe die were given free with the 'Cardmaking & Papercraft' Magazine,  'Christmas Cuties' 9-in-1 stamp & die set. some time ago, sorry didn't make a note of which issue.   The 'Flourishing' corner die is by Sara Davies Signature Collection.  The colouring is done using Promarker Alcohol Pens.    Hope you like this cute  card.

Using a black ink pad, stamp 'Happy Kiss-mas to you !' centrally at the bottom of the ready shaped white base card. card.

Using the flourishing corner die, die-cut four corners from some red pearlised card.

Glue one in each corner of the white base card.

Using some red matt card, die-cut the snow globe from the 'Christmas Cuties' free stamp & die set and put to one side for the moment

.

Using some spare white card, stamp the kissing hedgehogs using the black alcohol proof ink pad by Spectrum Noir.
.Cut this out to fit the snow globe shape.   Colour the background sky with a little water and the Tumbled Glass distress ink.   Blend a little Stormy Sky distress ink around the outer edge of the sky using a blending tool.   Add some dots of snow to the sky using a white gel pen

Colour the hedgehogs using the Promarker alcohol pens.

Glue the red snow globe onto the image and trim away any excess white card from the outer edge of the globe.

Using the red matt card, die-cut some extra hearts and stars, using the globe die.    Cut two hearts and one star from some aqua coloured card and glue them in the appropriate holes on the base of the red globe, keep the aqua snow globe shape for another project.

Glue the globe to the centre of the base card and glue five red hearts, equally spaced around the globe, then glue four stars between the hearts and this card is finished.   Below are a couple of close up photos.

That's all from me for the moment my Lovelies, take care of yourselves and have a good week ahead.

                                                                   Love and Rainbows,

                                                                    Hugs   Jennifer xx.
