A Walk in the Park.

Hi there  Folks,

Hope your weekend is going well so far.  Today began with rain and then it turned out to be a beautiful sunny day, quite a breeze, which was good as it kept the midges at bay lol!    Grandson picked a lot of strawberries from our fruit garden, so we all had strawberries and vanilla ice cream, yummy!    still lots left, so I think I will have to make some strawberry jam lol!

Tonight's card has been made using another of Imagination Craft's   Art Deco stencils.   I just adore these stencils.

Fold the white card in half down the centre crease line, making a 7"x7" base card.   Onto this matt a smaller piece of magenta card, leaving a border of white showing.   Next matt a piece of white card onto the magenta, again leaving a small border of magenta showing.

Take the 'Gathering Thought' patterned card and lay the Art Deco lady onto it and spread all three Sparkle Mediums over the design, blending the colours together.   Remove the stencil and leave the image to dry.   Glue this to the base card.

In the meanwhile, die-cut some leaves from magenta card, using the Tattered Lace leaf stems dies.   Cover some white card with the lavender and blue sapphire  Sparkle Mediums and when dry, die-cut more leaf stems using the Tattered Lace dies.

Glue one piece to the top left and the other leaves to the top right.   Glue a bow to the top right and add a gemstone to the centre of the bow.

Well that's it finished, a very quick card to make.   Have a great Sunday and I'll see you again very soon.   Thanks for visiting, I really appreciate it.

                                                             Love and rainbows,

                                                              Hugs    Jennifer xx.
