Lavender Fairy.

Hello everyone,

Hope your holiday weekend is going well.   I have another card to share with you tonight.   This card was amongst a few others I made  for a friend for her charity.   I  have used Imagination Craft's pretty  Lily flower fairy stencil and of course, my favourite Imagination Craft's product - Sparkle Medium.

Fold the ready creased white card down the centre crease line, making a 7" x 7" base card.   Matt the  'summer script '  lilac patterned  card onto the white base card.   Next matt a slightly smaller piece of white card onto the lilac,  leaving a small border of the lilac showing.

    
Take another piece of white card and put it inside the Crafter's Companion flower embossing folder and emboss.   Remove the embossed card from the folder.   Colour the card using the  Tumbled glass, Broken china & the Seedless preserves Distress inks, using a piece of cut n' dry foam or a blending tool.

Trim the card so that it fits the white matt, with a small border of white showing and punch all four corners using the corner punch.

    
Lay the fairy stencil onto the embossed, coloured card and spread the lavender Sparkle Medium over the design, using a metal spatula.   Remove stencil and leave the image to dry.

    
                                                             Matt this onto the base card.

     
Die - cut the butterfly from holographic card using the Martha Stewart die and glue this to the top right corner of the base card.

      
Stamp the sentiment onto some white card and matt this onto some holographic card, leaving a tiny border of the holograpic card showing.   Glue this to the bottom right corner.
