Hello there Followers, Friends and Visitors,
Well, I was correct in my thinking that we would catch some of the rain lol! it has rained most of the day. It dried up later this evening and the sky turned a beautiful colour at sunset. There's always a silver lining to those grey clouds.
Tonight I would like to share a 'thank you' card I made for a friend, who has already received it, so I can now show it to you. I have of course used some Imagination Craft's Sparkle Medium and Detail Sparkle, just can't resist using these lol!
Take a white ready creased card and fold it down the centre crease line, to make a 7"x7" base card. Matt a smaller piece of cream card onto the base card, leaving approximately half an inch border of white showing. Cut a slightly smaller piece of navy card and fix a piece of organza ribbon across the bottom right-hand corner, the fix this to the cream card.
From cream card. die-cut the lattice using the Spellbinder's die and glue across the centre of the navy card. Glue two diamond pieces of cream card to the top right corner, ( left over after die-cutting the trellis) and two to the bottom left corner.
Stamp three flowers onto cream card, using the Stormy Sky Distress Ink pad. Colour with the blue and the Seedless Preserves Distress Ink pads.
When dry, add a tiny amount of Diamond Sparkle Medium to the petals. Glue the flowers to the top left of the card.
Add a ribbon bow the the centre of the ribbon across the bottom right corner. Add some Imagination Craft's Jade Detail Sparkle Medium to the flower centres.
Stamp a label onto some cream card, using the blue Distress ink pad. Cut out and stamp the 'thank you' onto the centre of the label.
Add a dot of Imagination Craft's Jade Detail Sparkle to each side of the label. Well that's it finished. I'll be back soon with another creation. Have a good Wednesday lovelies and thank you for visiting, I do hope you get some inspiration from my creations.
Love and Rainbows,
Happy Crafting, Hugs Jennifer xx
