Good evening Followers, Friends and Visitors,
A much better day here today. Hope you have had some sunshine too! We've been out and about today, making the most of the weather before the next wet front arrives!
The beautiful bluebell fairy features in my card tonight, I do love her, such a gorgeous shape. I have used Imagination Craft's pretty mica powders and Detail Sparkle Medium.
Fold the ready creased white card down the centre fold line, making a 7"x7" base card. Matt a smaller piece of black card onto the white base card. Matt the 'pink thistle' patterned card onto the black.
Take a further piece of black card and lay the fairy stencil onto it. Dab Versamark through the design, using a piece of cut n' dry foam.
Remove stencil and brush with light gold, purple, blue and turquoise mica powders. Brush away the excess powder and polish with a soft brush. Spray with a fine, cheap hairspray to set the powders, so they do not rub off.
Cut around the design on one side only, leaving straight edges on the top and right-hand side. Fix this to the 'pink thistle' card.
Using the black ink pad, stamp the toadstools and the sentiment on the bottom of the card.
Colour a piece of ribbon with green Starlight paint. This will stiffen the ribbon slightly, which is fine as it makes a lovely firm bow. Glue the bow to the right of the flower stem.
Using the' Pine Green' Detail Sparkle, add green dots, large to small near the stem and three dots to the top left of the card. Using the star cluster stamp from the Lavinia stamp set, stamp the stars to the top right of the card, using a Versamark pad, them brush with the light gold mica powder.
Well that's it my friends. Hope you like this one. I'll catch you all again soon. Have a fabulous Wednesday.
Love and rainbows,
Hugs Jennifer xx.
