Flower Power.

Good evening  All,

I would like to begin by wishing you a Very Happy, Healthy and Prosperous New Year.   I do hope you have all had a wonderful Christmas and did not overdo it on New Year's Eve.!    We spent ours with our lovely family.     Well onto this morning's card.   This was made for Sue & Harvey of Imagination Crafts, for their latest show on the Hochanda TV channel,  at the beginning of December, last year !

Begin by folding the white scalloped  8"x8" card down the centre crease line.   Take a piece of brown card and lay the stencil on top, securing to your work mat, using masking tape.   Spread the cinnamon Sparkle Medium over the design, using the metal spatula.   Remove the stencil and leave the image to dry.

When dry, matt this onto a piece of peach paper, leaving a border of the peach showing.   Matt this onto a piece of black card, leaving a tiny border of black showing, then matt this to the centre of the base card.

Die-cut a panel, (mine was the left-over after cutting out lots of tiny flowers).   Paint this with the white gold Starlight paint.   Matt this onto a strip of black card, leaving a tiny border of the black showing.   Glue this down the left-hand side of the base card.   Glue a gold ribbon bow to the top left of the panel.

Die-cut the flowers, using the Tim Holtz tattered flower dies.   Pain them with orange oxidized Starlight paint, diluted with a little water, which gives a delicate colour and a very pretty,  sparkly sheen to the flowers.  When dry, which will not take long, as this paint dries almost instantly lol, 3D the flowers and glue to the front of the card.

Lastly, add some Platinum Stickles glue around the outside of the flower  centre.   Hope you like it, thanks for visiting my blog and please feel free to leave me a comment, I do like to know what you think of my creations.   I would also like to say a huge 'THANK YOU' for all your support and encouragement over the last year, I really do appreciate it.   Cheerio for now, I'll be back soon with another creation.

                                                                     Love and rainbows,

                                                                     Hugs   Jennifer xx.
