Butterflies and Daisies Card.

Hi there everyone,

Hope you've all managed to stay cool today in this very hot weather.   It has been a little cooler where we are,   cloudy but very warm when the sun did find its way through the clouds lol!

Tonight I would like to share a card with you which was made for Sue & Harvey of Imagination Craft's in March 2016 and was made for one of their T.V. shows on Hochanda.   I have used  one of  Imagination's
beautiful Art Stamps - Daisies.

Fold the white card down the centre crease line, making a 7"x7" base card.   Matt a smaller piece of teal card onto the base card, then a smaller piece of deep pink paper onto the teal.

Take a smaller piece of lavender card and colour the edges with the distress inks.   Put this through an embossing machine, along with the bubble background stencil and emboss.   Matt this onto the pink paper.

Take another piece of white card, large enough for the daisies image and stamp the daisies using a Versamark pad, then heat emboss with the aged teal embossing powder..

Colour the flowers with the spray inks, adding some white ink to the flower centres and petal edges.   Matt this onto some pink paper, then some teal card, each time, leaving  small borders showing.   Glue this to the centre of the base card.

Die-cut four butterflies using the Memory Box die, two from pink paper and two from the teal card.   Stamp the wings with the dots stamp from the Fuschia Decoupage stamp set, using a Versamark pad and heat emboss the dots with gold embossing powder.   Glue one butterfly to each corner of the daisies image.

That is all from me tonight, hope you have enjoyed your visit.   Make the most of the beautiful weather and I will see you all again very soon.     I have just heard thunder as I write this lol! echoes around the hills , sounds much worse than it really is lol!   I still don't like it, especially the lightning!      Thought this weather was too good to last lol!     Take care of yourselves.

                                                                    Love and rainbows,

                                                                 Crafty Hugs   Jennifer xx.
