Butterfly Blues Tag.

Hi there Followers, Friends and Visitors,

Thank you so much for all your lovely comments and blog visits, they are much appreciated.  Nothing much to report today.  Been out food shopping this morning and I managed a little time in my craft room this afternoon.    I really must make a huge effort to tidy up my work space !!!   my working space on my table has shrunk from  twelve inches square to twelve inches by six inches lol!! ......not much room to work lol!!!

Tonight I would like to share another of my tags with you all.   This was made in January of this year for Sue and Harvey of Imagination Crafts.   I have of course used their beautiful Starlight paints, Sparkle Mediums, Butterflies panel stencil, plus  other products of theirs.

Make a  tag shape from white card and put this into the daisies embossing folder and emboss.   Colour the tag using the Japanese Jade Alchemy Wax.   Matt this onto a slightly larger turquoise tag and then onto another slightly larger white tag.

Lay the butterfly panel stencil onto the embossed, coloured tag and dab the Starlight colours through the design using a stencil brush.    Remove the stencil and lay it on a piece of acetate and spread the Sparkle Medium colours through the butterflies only, using the metal spatula.

When dry, cut out the butterflies and glue them on top of the original images, using Magi-bond glue.   Adda little silicone glue under each wing, to raise them up a little.   Glue the large butterfly at the top of the design onto  a piece of white card, cut out and glue in position at the top, leaving the top half of the butterfly overhanging the top of the tag.

Colour a small piece of sequin waste with Starlight paints and glue it to the left-hand edge of the tag.

Colour a piece of the Honeycomb Art Cutz with the gold Starlight paint and glue to the bottom right of the tag.

Die-cut a flower and stamen, using the Sizzix die, from white card.   Colour the flower with the Starlight paints and the stamen with the lilac mist Starlight.   Glue to the top left of the tag.

Thread some lavender organza ribbon through the hole in the top of the tag.

Make a stand and glue it to the back of the tag so it can be stood up if wished.

Well that is all from me for the moment, have a lovely Tuesday.   Thank you all once more  for visiting my blog.   Catch you all again soon.

                                                                  Love and rainbows,

                                                                   Hugs   Jennifer xx.
