Orange Sunburst Tag.

Good evening Followers, Friends and Visitors,

First I would like to say thank you for your visits and lovely comments on my last post, they are all appreciated.

Yesterday's weather was not good, wet and very windy, today has been a little better but still windy.  I suppose it is now Autumn, so I shouldn't complain but a little sunshine goes a long way to making one feel so much better lol!

Tonight I have another tag to share with you.   This was made in April of this year for Sue and Harvey of Imagination Crafts.   I have used their very useful 'sunburst'  6" x 6" stencil and their 'lily flourishes' stencil.   Of course I have used my favourite Imagination Craft's product.... !!  Silver Sparkle Medium and Orange Oxidized Starlight paint ( a close second lol!)

Cut out a large tag shape from white card, then cut out a slightly smaller tag shape from black card.   Lay the sunburst stencil on top of the black tag shape and spread the silver Sparkle Medium over the design, using a metal spatula.   Remove the stencil and leave the image to dry.

In the meantime, colour a piece of white card with the orange oxidized Starlight paint and from this, die-cut a flower using the Spellbinder's flower die.   Using the lily flourishes stencil, draw around one of the lilies onto some of the orange coloured card, then cut it out.

Glue the Spellbinder's die-cut flower on top of the cut out lily flower.   Shape the petals a little and glue to the centre of the silver sunburst.

Die-cut lots of little flower shapes using the Sizzix die, from black card.   Glue these to the flower centre.  Rub over the surface of these with a little silver Sparkle Medium, just enough to give a glint of silver on the black.   Glue the black tag to the large white tag.

Punch a hole in the top of the tag and thread some silver ribbon through it.

Stamp 'Happy Birthday' onto a piece of white card using a black ink pad.   Trim to shape and glue to the bottom of the tag using silicone glue to add a little dimension to the tag.   Last of all, make a stand and glue to the back of the tag, so it can be stood up if wished.

That's all from me for the moment, thank you for stopping by to visit my blog.   Take care of yourselves and I will be back again soon with another project.

                                                                 Love and rainbows,

                                                                  Hugs   Jennifer xx.
