Teenage 'Chill Out.'

Hello  Lovelies,

Thank you for your visits and comments on my last blog post, much appreciated.   It is time again for another card, these days seem to be flying by lol!

My card tonight has been made using a set of stamps by Woodware, which I saw in a craft shop and just had to buy, I just love the images!  so  cool lol!   brilliant for a teenager.   I have used some patterned paper and coloured the images with watercolour pencils.

Make a five and three quarter inch square base card from white linen effect cardstock.   Take a 3 inch square of white card and stamp the teenage boy sitting on the bean bag, in the centre, using a black inkpad.

Stamp the image on the patterned paper.   (This is paper I have had in my stash for some time and is by Sharon Ann - Baby Safari Collection),   Cut out the bean bag and glue this onto the original stamped image on the white card.

Stamp him again, 3 times, onto white card   Colour these images using the watercolour pencils, cut out and 3D him onto the main image, using silicone glue.

Stamp 'Boy Zone' in the top right and 'Chill Out' in the bottom left corners of the piece of white card, using a black inkpad

Stamp the stars, skateboard, can etc., onto some spare white card and colour.   Cut out and put to one side for the moment.

In the meanwhile, matt and layer the main image onto some turquoise blue card, leaving a small border of the turquoise  showing.     Next, matt this onto some patterned paper and then onto more  turquoise card, each time leaving a border showing.   (leave a larger border of the patterned paper showing between both the turquoise matts).    Glue this to the base card.

Stamp 'Cool Dude' on the top left of the base card, using black ink

Stamp the headphones on the bottom left of the base card.     Stamp the musical notes around the edges of the base card and stamp and colour the stars on white card,  then cut out and glue between the musical notes.

Stamp the  skateboard, can and both  appliances onto spare white card, colour, then cut out and 3D onto the base card, using silicone glue.

Hope you like my card.    Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by my blog to have a look.   I know time is precious to us all, so I really appreciate it.   Take good care of yourselves until my next blog post.    Happy crafting.

                                                                 Love and rainbows,

                                                                 Hugs   Jennifer xx.
