Moon Fairy Card.

Hi there everyone, hope you've all had a good week.   A lovely long weekend starts here lol.   I would like to share a card with you tonight, which I made for Sue & Harvey of  Imagination Crafts  in October 2014.   For this I have used their gorgeous fairy moon stencil.   Anyone  who knows me, knows I adore fairies and all the little people lol! and this  fairy is no exception!    I do hope you like this card,   ok let's get started

Make a base  card from self striped  pearlised card.   Matt a piece of dark  lavender paper onto the base card   Take another  piece of white card,  smaller than the lavender and lay the 'sunrise' stencil onto it.   Rub the distress inks through the design, firstly adding a strip of one colour to each ray, using a piece of cut n' dry foam.   Next cover up the colour you have just added,  by moving the stencil slightly, then add the next colour strip to each ray.   Continue in the same way until the rays are all coloured.

Lay the fairy moon stencil onto a piece of black card and spread the silver Sparkle Medium over the design.   When dry, cut out the fairy and the moon and cut off her wings, ouch!!! sorry fairy  lol!   I'll make you  whole again very soon !!

Glue the fairy to a piece of plain pearlised card , and cut into a circle shape.    Glue this circle to the base card.

Lay the stencil onto a piece of acetate.   Spread some  aqua sea Sparkle Medium over the fairy's wings only.  Remove the stencil and leave to dry.   Cut out the wings and glue them to the back of the fairy, using silicone glue to lift the wings slightly.      Do the same with her little present.

Add a ribbon bow to the top right of the base card.   Well we are now finished.   I'll be back soon in a couple of days, so I do hope you  can find the time to visit my blog again then.   Take care of yourselves and have a fabulous  holiday weekend, may the sun shine on you all.

                                                                  Love and rainbows,

                                                              Happy crafting, hugs   Jennifer xx.
