Hope this post finds you all well and back into the routines of life after the Christmas/New Year holidays. I have to say, they do seem like a very long time ago lol!
Apologies for not blogging for a while, other things to see to, anyway I've managed to squeeze this blog into today's schedule lol! My card this afternoon may remind us all of the coming Spring/Summer weather when it arrives, hopefully not too long away!
Make a square base card from white cardstock. Matt a smaller piece of green card onto the base card.
Cut a smaller piece of white card and stamp the image and sentiments onto it, using a black inkpad.
Matt this onto the green matt on the base card. Stamp the wooden sign onto a spare piece of white card, again using a black inkpad and colour this brown, using ' Pumice Stone' Distress ink pad and glue it to the bottom left of the card
Colour the main image using 'mowed lawn' 'Pumice stone' and 'Ripe persimmon' Distress inks, water and a paintbrush.
Stamp 'I Love Fish' onto a small piece of white card in black ink and colour around the outside edge with the Pumice stone D.I. and cut out.
Glue this to the left of the bear. Add an insert to the centre of the card and it is finished. This is a quick card to make and would be ideal for someone who loves fishing, young or older lol! The stamp, I have had in my stash for some time and is a Daisy & Dandelion stamp set. Hope you like it.
Thank you all for your lovely comments and visits, they are always appreciated by me. Take good care of yourselves and I will hopefully be back again soon.
Love and rainbows,
Hugs Jennifer xx.
